Common Questions

Before You Book

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance, especially during peak Keys season (November through April). For holiday weekends and special events, 3–4 weeks is ideal. We do accommodate last-minute requests when availability allows.

Do you bring your own equipment?

Yes — we bring all knives, specialty cookware, and tools we need. We do use your kitchen's oven, stovetop, and standard equipment. Most rental homes in the Keys are well-equipped for our purposes.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Absolutely. Gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, vegan, keto, nut allergies — we customize every menu. Just let us know when you inquire and we'll build around your needs.

What areas do you serve?

Marathon is our home base. We serve all of the Florida Keys including Key West, Islamorada, Key Largo, Duck Key, Big Pine Key, Summerland Key, and the Lower Keys. Travel surcharges may apply for locations significantly outside Marathon.

How does pricing work?

Pricing is based on the number of guests, the service type, the complexity of the menu, and the date. Contact us with your details and we'll provide a clear quote. Every booking includes grocery shopping, cooking, plating, service, and cleanup.
