Chef Frank Kwiatkowski
Chef Frank has spent nearly a decade building his reputation in Chicago as a private chef and event caterer. A graduate of Kendall College's culinary program, he worked his way through Chicago restaurant kitchens before launching his own culinary ventures. His work spans private chef services, weddings, corporate catering, and high-end private events throughout the city.
Frank is the founder of Gmarket Chef, a Chicago-based private chef and catering company known for creative menus and polished execution. His cooking has been featured on WGN TV's Lunchbreak, and he's built a loyal client base with hundreds of 5-star Google reviews.
Frank has been coming to Marathon in the Florida Keys for more than twenty-five years. After years of visiting, cooking, fishing, and hosting friends and family in Marathon, bringing his culinary work here felt like a natural next step.
Jesse
Jesse brings a strong hospitality background to the partnership. She spent seven years working in the restaurant and bar industry in New Orleans, one of the most hospitality-driven cities in the country. That experience in tourism and guest service continues to shape the way the company approaches private dining.
Two years ago Jesse took over the operations of a Chicago meal service company that has been serving luxury families for more than twenty years. The business focuses on weekly chef-prepared meals, menu planning, and dietary customization for private households.
Jesse soon followed Frank to Marathon, and the two quickly fell in love with the pace and lifestyle of the Keys.
